He holds rich experience in end-to-end solutions from courier product, express distribution to organizing logistics of millions of tons of cargo by using very high-tech & process improvement approach tools.
  • His earlier experience includes that of Chief Domestic Officer with Gati Ltd where he spearheaded the growth plan and earlier with Transport Corporation of India Limited and has been associated with logistics industry for about 22 years

  • Mr. Kailash Bhandari holds degree in LAW. He was CMD of New India Assurance Company, United India Insurance Company, and General Insurance Council. He was also Director of Loss Prevention Association of India & National Insurance Company Ltd.
  • Presently he is a director of Hindalco Industries Ltd, Agriculture Insurance Company of India Ltd & Credence Logistics Ltd and is also a consultant with World Bank.

  • He is BSc (Math-Hons, Cal. Univ), B.Tech (Cal.Univ), M.Sc. (Operational Research) (London School of Economics), MSc. & DIC course in Management (Business School, Imperial College, Univ of London).
  • Mr Bhattacharyya has more than 32 years of professional experience in management consulting and industry. He is a reputed strategy, operations and organization change consultant and currently a partner in Transfolign Consulting LLP, which has been set up by 9 former KPMG and Accenture partners. Earlier, he was a consulting associate partner with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), was the founder Managing Partner and Country Leader of Business Consulting at IBM Global Services in India, and thereafter Consulting Senior Partner in Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and subsequently a Consulting Senior Partner in KPMG.
  • He specializes in Business Strategy, Operations/SCM, Turnaround Management, Organization Design and Restructuring, Business Transformation, and Change Management. Prior to his consulting career, he had a decade long stint as a senior executive in various functions with multinational companies such as Dunlop, ICI, Britannia Industries and Hoechst (now Sanofi Aventis). Mr Bhattacharyya has led/masterminded various landmark consulting projects for conceptualising and developing high impact strategic plans for Tata Motors (1997-2000, Business transformation), Mahindra British Telecom (Growth strategy), Jet Airways (1992 – setting up aviation business).
